HeyTxtMe is a group SMS messaging platform. You send immediate or scheduled text messages to contacts and groups, each with a personalized link. Recipients can reply on a topic page — polls, sign-ups, checklists, and conversation threads included.

Credits cost $5 for 100 credits (5 cents each). One credit equals one SMS sent to one recipient. Every new account gets 50 free credits at signup. Free credits are used before purchased ones.

Reply STOP to any HeyTxtMe message. You are unsubscribed immediately and will not receive further messages from any HeyTxtMe sender. This applies globally across the platform.

On the topic page, choose "I do not know this person. Mark this topic as spam." That blocks all future topics from that sender to you. Spam reports also feed into the sender's spam rate; accounts that cross the lock threshold are locked.

Before a sender can message a phone number that has never opted in, HeyTxtMe sends a first-message consent request. Reply YES to opt in for that sender's messages. If you do not reply, you will not receive the topic SMS.

Quiet hours are a time window when you prefer not to receive SMS. The default is 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM local time. Messages scheduled during quiet hours wait and send when your window opens. You can change this in the app settings once you have an account.

Accounts can be locked when spam-report rates cross our threshold. To appeal, send a selfie video to support@heytxt.me explaining the situation. Our team will review and respond.

You can delete specific data or your whole account from the HeyTxtMe app, or by email. Full step-by-step instructions are on our Privacy Policy: data deletion · account deletion.

Remaining messages are paused, not discarded. Your dashboard shows a banner with the count of paused messages and a Retry all action. After you buy more credits (or raise your monthly cap), tap Retry all to resume sending.
